In support of energy efficiency, the UK government has introduced ECO4, a program aimed at assisting lower-income households grappling with fuel poverty. Free boiler replacement for pensioners over 60 are available, even without an existing boiler. Even without radiators, they are eligible for FTCH grants. Homeowners or private renters receiving Pension Credit can apply. If not on Pension Credit, those on Working Tax Credits may still qualify for a boiler grant.
